Excellent place to work, could not recommend it more. Great work/life balance. As an organisation they really care about the people that work for them. I was really interested in progression and they helped me put everything in place to do so.

Pay not in line with HSE payscale and no incremental pay.

There is no cons other than not being recognized externally for the hard work staff do each day
