WAND offers great benefits, including generous PTO (20 days in your first year!) The people are great and passionate about the work they do. Small company but everyone knows everyone, and there is a heavy emphasis on collaboration. Plus, dogs are allowed in the office!

Small company so advancement opportunities are not always immediately available, but are available for those who put in the effort.

Great work atmosphere, your managers go above and beyond to make your day work for you without micro-managing you. President actively looks for ways to promote from within. Sales department (Execs, VP of Sales, and President) is awesome! They work closely with other department to ensure the best solutions are proposed for their customers while also building the WAND Digital brand. They hustle hustle hustle and have music playing most of the time. Support team is SECOND TO NONE. These guys and gals are truly passionate about tech and don't just sit around and wait for calls to come in - they actively work on unsolved issues for customers. Overall, a pleasant couple of years spent working for this company! Was promoted from within, but left to be closer to family. Would've stayed if I could! The company has a fantastic product, excellent service, and are growing every week.
