      It's a great company to work for. I enjoying the work, being busy & helping people who need help.

      The down side. It's like having a seasonal job. You never know if your going to be laid off or not. When you get a call back sometimes its only for part time instead of full time. Depends on the budget.

      Many entry level positions and good opportunity to get involved in human services and learn more about programs provided and needed.

      Svantaggi

      Low pay, lack of supervisor support, and inadequate training. Company overextends resources for new programs, CEO out of touch with existing program. Concerns about agency priorities and focus on expansion over quality of existing services.
