Lacking diversity of thought, culture, race, and gender from mid-management levels and above. If you're looking for professional development and a fulfilling career path, go elsewhere. Strategy is all over the place, constantly changing midstream; focusing on numbers, and whatever latest idea the CEO (Matt Lyon) and COO (Janice Co) dream up next to put premium on the books. There is a constant stream of employees leaving WCF. Which can be attributed to misrepresentations made about career growth/opportunities, and the astounding lack of true leadership. Employee morale is abysmally low due to the toxic working environment. Take all representations by management about opportunities with a heaping spoonful of skepticism. Critical thought, collaboration, and constructive feedback by employees is NOT welcomed. Keep your professional and personal dignity, respect, and integrity intact. Go work someplace else.
