      good experiences which you can work with other people like engineers, it is depend what is your post in that company. For my part, i act as executive manufacturing, so, i will be dealing with operator, engineers and higher superior. make you learn how to deal with people with differences kind of behaviour and mentality as well as to produce good yield product.

      Weak, racial bias and just know how to talk by top management that majority is Indian people.Although, the company owner is western people but the management in malaysia is majority is Indian.You dont have a chances to move forward, they just give to their own kind for improvement.If you executive, you will stay like that forever.
