Its located in a nice corporate park and in the center of Irvine for easy access to SNA. Company invests in training which is great.It would be a family environment if you are placed with the right team.

Each department have their own rules and working hours. Some people are promoted because they are friends with the upper management. It's hard to advance in this large company.The HR department doesn't do much to protect your rights and makes a lot of mistakes on your benefits. The hours can be harsh and some bosses don't care if you have a family. This place can take a while to get used to like up a year to be comfortable. It's defiantly not for the weak heart and if you are a type A you will like it here.
