Some disconnect between depts and sometimes doesn't feel like everyone is swimming in exact same direction

Growing company, some remnants of decent culture left

Culture gone down the drain. Backstabbings are common, throwing each other under the bus, unrealistic expectations, stealth layoffs, etc. Little is done by management to figure out ways to grow & set a good direction -- so they focus on squeezing the employees for more output (as if us churning our more useless stuff is going to help you) so they can feel some semblance of control. I wouldn't work here.
