Higher hourly than most companies.

Very low commission. Toxic management and work environment. The inside sales manager makes derogatory comments all day long about people he doesn't like. He makes threats to damage property when he gets called out for his toxic behavior. He texts his puppets to spy and report my every move all day long. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in and HR allows this type of behavior to go on. If you report anything to HR, they won't acknowledge or take your complaints seriously. They will try to trick you into taking PTO that you don't have, so they have a reason to fire you for putting in an HR complaint. Don't waste you time with this company or office. You won't be here long.
