Horrible company, Abusive and Covert Bullies as Managers - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso WESTMED Practice Partners

While I was working at WESTMED, I was subject to constant bullying by my immediate supervisor and everyone just sat around and watched like nothing was happening. The woman berated me on a daily basis, micromanaged me, never admitted to her mistakes and piled on meaningless tasks. On top of that, she constantly gaslighted me when she was supposed to be training me. She would tell me that an answer I gave was stupid and wrong during training sessions, twist my words and then say the SAME ANSWER to make herself sound correct. She was always incredibly rude and would do the same type of gaslighting in front of everyone in the office when she would publicly quiz me on information systems. This company condones that kind of behavior and during the time I was there I remember they were amidst hiring a lot of new people. They were probably experiencing high turnover due to their crazy, dysfunctional management. Honestly it's the workplace culture. It's a really bad place to work and everything is about dirty office politics. If you want to get anywhere in life stay the hell away from this nightmare of a company.
