The current upper management appears to lack essential business acumen and experience in managing successful, profitable enterprises. This has led to challenges in meeting payroll obligations, at times falling as much as eight paychecks behind. Additionally, there seems to be significant mismanagement of available resources, resulting in considerable waste. Despite being a company that specializes in creating high-tech water features, there is a noticeable absence of modern technology in their manufacturing and distribution processes; they do not utilize any advanced software systems, such as a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system, which places them at a disadvantage compared to industry standards.
