Please Practice Equal Pay for all. Leadership should know employees do not keep secrecy of pay. We share and compare notes. Same education level, performance and experience should receive same pay. This company practices a strict unspoken secrecy of pay policy where plenty overqualified candidates are paid very much less than others in the same or similar capacities. I worked at WEX almost ten years in several departments and regardless of what new position I obtained, my hourly pay barely budged. Pay raises of 0.15. How am I going to keep up with a 10 year increase in cost of living with 0.15 hourly increase a year? Maybe I kept changing departments because friends in those departments were showing me in black and white what they were making per hour so I will switch to that department in the hopes of more pay, But it never happened. Eventually my husband gave up and asked me to leave the company.. THis is causing WEX to bleed valuable talent

Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
