The call center has no idea what anything is when asked to correct anything. The systems have not been improved in over a decade and working with the cloud systems are a headache. Things break constantly and take forever to fix. "Busy season" means half of the year at this point as the company brings on more and more partners and large employers. There is 0 job mobility, this is a dead end job. Raises are terrible, 1-3%. On performance reviews you will never get anything above "meets expectations" unless you are an actively making decisions that make the company money, which you won't in your role. Every corporate email is a massive jack fest for the heads of the company while you get an empty thanks every 8 months or so.
