Way too much out of pocket before medical benefits pay anything. Top heavy. New upper management are self centered. Not enough promotions from within. New VP's, directors hired from the outside. People are resistant to change because all of the changes since the new CEO took over has been for the benefit of the executives. Why haven't we seen the results of last falls engagement survey yet?
