Poor Compensation, rotating shift bids with no flexibility, inflexibility with working hours to accommodate other jobs, treated like middle schoolers and timed down to the second, you will be overlooked if you are not Boston or Ireland based despite qualifications, you are treated like another number, very little career advancement opportunities, membership services has turned into a call center, management will never take MSR feedback seriously. Sad to see the decline of this role internally. Lots of room to improve
