1.Unpaid Salaries & Financial Struggles – Salaries are frequently delayed for months, and no salary is provided during the notice period. The company often skips the last month’s salary and does not clear Full & Final (F&F) settlements, leaving employees in financial distress. Many employees have been unpaid for over 5 months, with vague excuses about "financial struggles 2. Exploitation of Freshers – Freshers are treated unfairly, often working 12-24 hours daily without proper guidance. Many feel emotionally drained, frustrated, and regret joining. 3. Outdated & Unsafe Systems – Employees are required to use personal laptops without allowances. Recently, 5 CPUs malfunctioned, causing safety concerns. Instead of upgrading, the company repaired and reused outdated systems. 4. Lack of IT Standards – Projects lack security, with poor access control, no version control like Git, and no proper cloud setup. This results in poorly managed projects and potential data risks. 5. Poor Leadership & Work Culture – Management often ignores employee concerns, and work expectations are unrealistic. Many employees feel overburdened, undervalued, and disrespected. 6. No Career Growth – The company uses outdated technologies, offering no skill development or career progression. Employees struggle to switch jobs because the project experience gained here is outdated and irrelevant in the industry. 7. No Compensation or Benefits – Employees are denied basic compensations, and financial difficulties are used as a reason for every delay or failure. 8. Work-Life Balance Issues – Married employees face extreme work hours, leading to high stress and minimal time with their families. 9. Unfair HR Policies & Financial Burdens – Employees who request a notice period reduction often face unreasonable financial penalties, even when serving their notice period properly. This creates unnecessary financial stress and discourages open discussions about exit terms. 10. Rigid Bond Policy & High Attrition – Freshers and experienced employees alike feel trapped due to rigid bond periods and minimal learning opportunities. The high attrition rate reflects the dissatisfaction within the company. 11. Lack of Vision from Leadership – The CEO and senior management have failed to implement modern IT practices, leading to inefficient project management and outdated work methods. Instead of fostering innovation, leadership prioritizes rigid control, which negatively impacts both employees and the company’s long-term growth. 12. High Workload & No Recognition – Employees often work long hours, including weekends, with little to no appreciation or incentives. Company treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

The only cons involved in working forWINIT involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

If you get salary on time that to on a regular basis that itself is a big achievement

List is endless, they wont even provide basic facility like clean & hygienic washrooms & drinking water, because sometimes they wont have cash to buy toiletries and pay water supplier. They don’t pay salary on time or for months together, worst management to top of their pathetic decision making skills. It is like a family mafia you have to lick their boots and play according to their rules to survive. I would like to talk about a situation that happened, once I lost company ID card and to give a new one they charged something around 400 – 500 rupees, the reason I have highlighted this is not because they charged so much for the ID card it shows their mindset that they won’t lose any opportunity to exploit their own employees. The less I talk about career growth, opportunities, managers, peers, working environment the better. An advice if you ever get an offer from this company please don’t join but if you have no other options but to join this company make sure you don’t submit your certificates (mostly applicable to freshers) and never opt for a PF account here.
