The team at the WW I worked at was a huge reason it was a great place to work. If you can sell, and come by it honestly, the pay is better than average. Training was extensive, well organized, and professional. The ability to have next day delivery access to every inventory item in every location in Canada made providing the proper solution easy. Store manager was the best boss I've ever had. -Always tried to find a way to solve any problem or find out how. -Never spoke down to anyone and was the first to ask for help if he didn't understand something. -Never flaunted his authority and it was why he was respected.

There is little to no meaningful dialogue between regional or higher management and management at a store level outside of sales goals. Often a redirection or dismissal will be the only outcome of any inquiry needing investigation. You could be the highest seller or the worst and it wouldn't change how unsecured your employment is. The company goes so far as expecting management to do a certain number of Interviews a month with no intention of hiring anyone but simply to remind the staff they aren't safe.
