      The management team seems to be ok. The other hosts are fun to work with.

      Really busy in the weekends. Maybe too busy. HR person doesn’t really seem to be qualified to do HR. Owners of the company are both distant and micromanaging.

      to begin with, this is a really special place full of special people. You got to work with young and interesting people. everybody is different and hear your personality is celebrated. Not a single day is the same as the previous one. You have different positions and different tasks to do every day, and since this is an experience in a horrible environment. The main focus is on the guests. People from all over the world come to visit that’s what it makes this place, so special and so dynamic. There is room for everybody and also you get to choose the time and days where you want to work having an app where you can feel your availability and the management team will work around you to give you shifts within your availability. This makes really a difference if you are studying or have another job or have a business on the side. From your colleagues to the management team to the funny work, this place is really an amazing place to work at.

      Since this is one of the main experiences in Amsterdam, the amount of guests that visit per day can reach and even get over 2500 guests. This means that you can get really busy. We are really focused on making every single guest happy and help them with whatever they need. So if you are a person that struggles with the crowds and a fast working environment you might have some difficulties, but the management team always work around you and try to find the best position where are your strengths and talents will shine. Not all the positions are feeding the customers, and that’s why there’s also room for more relaxed positions, but that’s something that you would work around with the team.

      There are numerous drawbacks, and the foremost issue is the individual in charge of HR lacking the necessary HR background, resulting in zero support. Additionally, the Experience Management team exhibits power-hungry and sociopathic tendencies, necessitating preparedness for a power struggle rife with anger and threats.
