Was able to work in LA/SEA during my time there - always with great people who were genuinely fun to be around. They really do a good job with making being at work fun, and the culture wasn't as intense/oppressive as other agencies.
Svantaggi
The work itself wasn't very exciting. Clients were pretty conservative/boring, skewed towards traditional/retail channels and not much growth or work with new tech. I was only there shortly after the infosys acquisition which promised to bring new clients/opportunities/technologies - but doesn't seem like there's been much fruit from that.
