No breaks No lunches Management couldn't care less about the drivers. Bottom line was to get the parts out to the customer no matter what. If you are overloaded in workload, you are on your own. No help is provided. There are no backup drivers. If someone is sick someone else is now running two routes, plus you are still expected to be on time. Management wil tell you whatever you want to hear to pretend to care. Everything takes too long to take care of. No matter the problem it takes months to resolve. Replacing a driver or warehouse worker takes a minimum of two months. Turnover is high for all of these reasons. I was there for just over a year and we were short staffed at least 90% of the time.
