- Upper management cares about wellbeing. - Work life balance is present, 2 days WFH - Close to the MRT, directly at Tai Seng - Ultimately a good purpose, to help those with hearing difficulties.

Svantaggi

- Colleagues are older, some tend to be unfriendly towards new hires, and can be quite unforgiving AND anal in the event you make errors. - A lot of firefighting and office politics. - High workload low pay - Manager can be quite bipolar, giving differing treatment depending on their mood, which can be rather unprofessional. - Super niche industry, and very technical - Large company but processes are still very manual..

When I first started in 2024, it was great, all my team members were great to work with, and provided a lot of help and support, and helped get me acclimated to the specifics of the job.

Once there was a change in leadership, the work life balance took a nose dive, work loads became unbearable. I watched many people get laid off, and being given vague explanations, and communication and project outlines went down hill. If someone is doing something that needs to change to improve performance or processes, they are not told until months later and they let it build, and management will say that they are going to help, and will find resources to help, but then they dont. And when you have 1 on 1s and you tell management what you would like to do while at the company, it feels like it isn't taken seriously, and you feel like a broken gear with no direction.
