Salary on time, Coffee Boost Horlicks Hot Chocolate Cabs. Some good people are mistakenly hired. Maybe god saved those people from terrible leadership.

Micromanagement. Managers here have hired people from their last company, and those people bring their colleagues. These people are the majority who are ruining the company. No appraisal system No merit-based system. Those come from the manager's village or same surname, they get good support. No promotion No discussion, People run ego/favoritism in everything. Since there is no policy in India. The atmosphere is totally ruined. Negativity is ruining the office culture. Nobody cares about anything. People believe in bringing more people from their own and ruling the whole company. Not a good culture. No good policy. Company goes in loss at appraisal time and comes back in profit after that.

When I first started in 2024, it was great, all my team members were great to work with, and provided a lot of help and support, and helped get me acclimated to the specifics of the job.

Once there was a change in leadership, the work life balance took a nose dive, work loads became unbearable. I watched many people get laid off, and being given vague explanations, and communication and project outlines went down hill. If someone is doing something that needs to change to improve performance or processes, they are not told until months later and they let it build, and management will say that they are going to help, and will find resources to help, but then they dont. And when you have 1 on 1s and you tell management what you would like to do while at the company, it feels like it isn't taken seriously, and you feel like a broken gear with no direction.
