Es un equipo de trabajo grande y muy cordial, donde el trato en en tono familiar y se pueden crear laxos mas allá del trabajo. se trabaja de lunes a viernes y en horario corrido. Son flexibles con el presentismo en las ocaciones especiales. Se puede elegir la fecha de vacaciones.

Svantaggi

A la empresa le falta un departamento de recursos humanos, dónde se encarguen de hacer sentir especial al empleado. El crecimiento de la empresa fue tan rápido, que en el camino se perdieron algunos detalles pequeños con lis cuales los empleafos nos sentíamos valorados

When I first started in 2024, it was great, all my team members were great to work with, and provided a lot of help and support, and helped get me acclimated to the specifics of the job.

Once there was a change in leadership, the work life balance took a nose dive, work loads became unbearable. I watched many people get laid off, and being given vague explanations, and communication and project outlines went down hill. If someone is doing something that needs to change to improve performance or processes, they are not told until months later and they let it build, and management will say that they are going to help, and will find resources to help, but then they dont. And when you have 1 on 1s and you tell management what you would like to do while at the company, it feels like it isn't taken seriously, and you feel like a broken gear with no direction.
