1) For newbies starting new job in a month beginning with PH or weekends, please note they will NOT pay you a full-month's pay & they will NOT inform you too. They will pro-rate your salary from your start-date. 2) According to my other agency-mates, there are NO salary increment, NO 13th month pay and NO bonus even though the agency said they will review in due course. 3) Always check & follow-up that your monthly salary is credited into your bank account on time even though you had submitted your timesheet on a timely basis.
