      High work pressure Management is hard Job insecurity Bpo work The communication takes time to reach from management to the employee. Sometimes they don't even tell what's happening with your candidate. No pf deduction which I guess is illegal depending upon the size of the company. 6 days working

      They paid well while I was with the company. There was little to no extra crap I had to do outside client work.

      They hired me away for a client project, but when the project ended early, they dropped me in short order. I left a solid safe position for theirs, but the job security was deceptively low.
