Vantaggi
Flexible work hours - no one is managing exactly what hours in the day you're working as long as you get the job done Social work environment - most colleagues are friendly and I've met some really great people here
Svantaggi
Mundane work - work gets really repetitive and boring. After my first year, there was barely anything I worked on that I enjoyed. Workload - You are expected to work A LOT during busy season (which feels like half the year) and even when its not busy season there is still lots of work so it doesn't really balance out. I believe this is one of the reasons there is pretty high turnover at the junior and mid-levels. Management does not do a good job of hiring enough staff to help with workload. It feels like we are understaffed most of the time. Very likely you will get burnt out. I do not recommend working here if you want a great work/life balance.
