Vantaggi

The team I worked with were hard working. You were able to leave on time and there was no requirement to work weekends.

Svantaggi

There was no training given at all, even if they new that you had no previous experience in any role similar. When you asked for some it was not given. The managers were dismissive and appeared not to care for their employees. The lunch break was meant to be an hour, this was cut to 15-20 mins if they were feeling generous. If they felt that you call turn around time was not within the two minuet target (very hard when you get lonely pensioner on the phone, or a difficult and complicated case) then disciplinary action would be taken. The pay was not very good. It all felt very impersonal and you did not feel valued, if you did a good job there would be no recognition. Overall it was poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. All associates who join our pensions administration and contact centre teams now go on a full induction before being placed on a team to ensure they have a good understanding of their role.

Vantaggi

Paycheck is great, people to work with are generally very intelligent, positive and professional. Many positions are work from home or at least hybrid. Continuous learning is encouraged. Since the company is technically British, it is very inclusive and has several networks to ensure inclusion (although some such as the menopause support group are UK based which isn't surprising as the US doesn't typically care about such things though they should).

Svantaggi

The workload is often insane to put it mildly. You are expected to sort of "do everything". When you are encouraged to speak up if you have too much work, they pretty much tell you "well you just have to figure out how to get it done because we have to give you more work". There is blatant favoritism. Those who are liked are praised for giving detailed answers on calls and granted a month off of PTO while those not as well liked get grilled when they ask for one day off and are told "not to overthink" when they try to provide detailed answers.
