Department has a lot of leeway to decide what they want to do and how to run things. Work culture is good, fun people everywhere and theres a reason most of our employees have worked for WTW for over 20 years. Lots of communication from teams and outside our department (maybe too much tbh)

Upper management and board room are very greedy, we see record profits and growth but they cut our pay and we now only hire from the cheapest possible place. I think the culture of upper management and the board/CEO are not very reasonable and just focus on increasing stocks and dividends rather than productivity and employees. If it continues like this then we will see departments hollowed out and their capacity for managing projects will be diminished.
