The process is well implemented, and most of the time the requirements are thoroughly refined. The team dynamics really helped boost productivity for everyone. Everything is already established, it can be a bit too boring for developers who want more space to play. Pay raise is not too good, but it's doubtful if other big companies can give good pay raise as well. Recognition can be difficult to attain because developers need to go out of their way to do impactful things beyond their current work - it's a given since the team is already mature and there are quite a lot of team members.
