No training - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso WWP

No training at all and they expect new employees to teach them selves how to do the job and learn the systems, PTO is supposed to unlimited but you cannot take off unless you complete all work because there aren't enough employees to cover you, no communication from sales management and project managers so expectations/needs from them aren't clear, director of project managers is not able to dedicate time to the project managers, no growth potential
