There are many cons, here are the few 1) 9 hr is minimum to must log, whether work is there or not. 2) All projects are like POC kind no much learning. 3) If something goes wroh ng in production they burst like anything. 4) If you put papers from getting last date to giving KT you must go behind people. 5) They tell huge things about merging with Wabtec, nobody not sure what is future. 6) Last but not the least there is no learning scope, your skills also you will loose.
