No Career development can be expected Managers are not a team players except very few which is hardly around 1-2% No systematic approach, JD are not fixed. Changes according to situations You will never meet your individual KPI. Chaos completely when it comes to Depend on other team member Cannot expect decisions from top level seniors management people But you must deliver only what they want. Do not expect guidance to reach targets or you may be considered as inefficient High volatile job security. May be kicked out if its not covered in your JD Eccentric Organization reporting structure, make you scratch your head and screw madness within Salary hike is pseudo, you will realize the hike for only 6 months, great trick Hike/Promotion will be considered after 6 months of performance period closed., within that everyone will forget what good job you have done.
