Shady salary practices, poor prospects for personal growth, no personal interest by managers (although pretending to) Overall at the current status (which has been going on for years) I would stay well away from this company. It pains me to say that the general consensus among colleagues I've spoken to is that the success of the UK branch is primarily attributed to the quality of the WAGO product, rather than the nurturing and supportive work environment that they pride themselves on. This stark contrast to the culture I was sold on – one of unity and familial bonds – is deeply troubling.

Toxic colleague/counterpart. Houston has more than 1 RSM. The rest of the team and people at the company were great and really enjoyed working with each of them.
