Came from a startup so this felt very different initially. Everything has a process here. But 8 months in I actually prefer it. Payroll is never wrong, leaves are tracked properly, no random surprises.

If you're used to informal setups it takes some adjustment. Not a bad thing but the learning curve is real in the first couple of months.
Parents are covered under mediclaim. Dad got hospitalised last year and the claim went through without any back and forth. That kind of support really matters when you're already stressed.

Enrollment opens only twice a year so if you miss the window you just have to wait it out which can be inconvenient.
