Working environment and support are amazing - the team work together and have a good time on the way in the majority, personal issues are supported as much as can be, especially if you are flexible.

Workload is massive - structured with an expectation that the management teams are able to support and develop teams below them, in reality they are on the front line working, with no time for anything else - leads to frustrated teams and challenging days. Constant work filtered from head office with little or no gate keeping, and rarely a 'one touch' approach, usually mistakes centrally are implemented then need rectifying.
