Very dissatisfied - Recensione dipendente - Shop Floor Assistant presso Waitrose

Management are disgusting, two-faced and some even take extra breaks whilst shop floor assistants are killing themselves. Haven't paid my last pay package and have blocked my account when I left the store in a formal manner. Constantly throwing negative remarks even though everything is done to exceptional standards. Understaffed sometimes, yet the same performance is expected. Bonus is the eye-grabber but still doesn't beat the competition.
