When I worked the company had a very faulty calling software that made then assume that people are just cutting calls and then marking ztp to employees and hampering their jobs. No proper KRA and managers changing KRA and putting people in PIP on the go without any formal intimation. No proper revenue tracking for employees and TL deducting a agents acquired revenue without even informing them.
