Of course in theese times stock is not as strong as when I first began investing, but the company has such a strong track record, I am not too worried.

It is difficult to balance your career with family, of course I don't think that it would be any different in any other career. The company is definetly in need of change though, and I feel that we have realized this. We were to stuck to the old ways, and given it has worked for a numerous amount of years, but you in order to grow you must become more flexible.
