      If you are looking for an in-between job, it's a pretty good one. You can cut your management teeth here with ease.

      Lack of employees. No real opportunity to hone leadership skills as you are the one doing all the work. Training is nearly non-exsistant. Promotions are NOT based on eperience, but rather who is "IN" with the DM. Management staff is not given regular feedback on performance.

      pay was decent I guess

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
