Not enough man hours/budget. Hiring just at minimum wage gets you minimum efforts from lower team members and very hard to weed them out. Too much to do in too little time. Constant restructuring as of late, with not enough feedback from upper management. Swing shifts and being transferred every 7 months to a year isn't ideal. Making me interview twice for my current position was unnecessary and slightly demeaning.
