Schedules are inflexible, with frequent night, weekend, and holiday shifts, making work-life balance challenging. Walgreens does not appear invested in employee retention, as there is no annual pay increase. Additionally, the company often cuts store hours, reducing the number of paid hours available. This results in understaffed shifts, with fewer people scheduled than are actually needed to manage the workload effectively.

pay was decent I guess

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
