-Toxic management and bias -Stressful due to workload and work environment not suitable for those who has family -HOD does not have qualification and not even know about Interior Design. -Underpaid compared to your salary range -They will not listen to other opinion and not appreciated your hard work. -Overtime not paid -They will terminate your medical once you tender -Team building and pool just to show off in social media but in term of staff benefit is worst. -Miserable sop and always keep changing without discuss with team.
