      Unlimited PTO, pretty decent benefits, reputable company

      Don't walk, run away from this company!! Leadership is terrible and does not hold subordinates accountable for unprofessionalism. HR is aware but takes no action towards improvement. Overworked and underpaid. No work life balance whatsoever; always found myself working on Sundays. The company is very political, and opportunities are not given to the ones who deserve it.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
