      Management was not helpful with training us the right ways they would just expect us to understand the first time and not ask anymore questions. Need more dedicated people in management not people who are just there for a paycheck.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
