Thanks for giving us feedback. Hearing directly from our associates is the only way we can improve. I'm happy you're enjoying our office and I'm in agreement that our associates are great. However, it's disappointing to hear you're less than satisfied with our culture and aren't feeling valued. Our associates are very important to us, and for that reason, we've been growing our People Experience (PX) team with the goal of improving the associate experience and giving associates amazing experiences. I understand there've been a lot of changes this year, but I can assure you there is no favoritism and all associates across the organization are valued.
