If you need to transfer, there is always nearly a store in the area you can transfer to. The bonus for hourly associates are good compared to other companies. Management bonuses are also very good. ASM-0-7000 dollar bonus, Co-Mgr.-0-32,000 dollar bonus, Store Mgr. up to 100,000 or more bonus.

People are not very intelligent. Raises are not good. .40-.60 cents per year. Attendance policy- if you call in 3 seperate times within 1 year you get coached.
