If you want to take PTO and are not on the senior managers favorite list then you will not be able to take it. There is too many politics and not enough being recognised for the hardwork and dedication of associates. Also, there is a big break in communication of directive changes, yet will hold you responsible if seniors do not like you. Too many politics not enough seeing true talent.
