"Business" people in Arkansas make tech decisions they don't understand. eCommerce is all about power struggles, but they're chasing their tails - Arkansas has all the power. With nothing to really lead, "leadership" spends their time controlling people, getting you to fall for the allure of it being a great company. It's a distraction from the problems they won't or can't solve.
