Pressure to spin success stories, instead of fixing what truly needs to be fixed to play catch up with Amazon. -Unrealistic expectations. -Roles and priorities are unfocused. Asked to do more and more work without a clear strategy or framework. -Bad systems and tools. A lot of grunt work to get reports and analyses and visibility into business.
