Work-life balance is a challenge at times. - not a bad problem in a slow economic climate. Too much gap between "stated culture" and actual culture - not sure Sam Walton would recognize the organization unfortunately. Seem to have fallen behind the competitors in many fronts especially Amazon. Extremely Weak Technical Leadership in executive positions. Lack of transparency in decision making .....
