They don't care about the current employees at all. They just focus on hiring people in big numbers regardless of their merit They don't have good quality of work at all. Talented people join this company because they give competitive salaries to build their brand but they don't have anything to offer . They didn't even care to take an exit interview of people leaving in order to improve.
